NASHUA, NH — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who’s making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we’ve launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.
When he has a vision, he works tirelessly to achieve it.
This submission comes from Janet Valuk who nominated Michael Apfelberg of Nashua.
Apfelberg is the president of United Way of Greater Nashua and Value, who works and volunteers with him, said he has “worked tirelessly to support so many that have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.” Apfelberg has vision and focuses on achieving goals — and helping others. She said there were too many things to mention about his work in the community — she would run out of room to write them all up.
“He is a wonderful man that truly cares for the citizens of NH,” Valuk said.
Thank you for all you do, Michael!
